My Story

Hi, I am a marriage and family therapist and I have been working in this field for the past 12 years. I have significant experience working with family therapy and mood disorder. My passion is to help people who struggle with marital issues, relationship problems, family issues, Behaviors with children, infidelity and with finding a purpose in life. I am a christian and I have been called and gifted with the ability to heal relationships. I believe in Isaiah 61:1 that says that the spirit of the Lord is upon me for he has anointed me to preach to the meek, heal the broken heart and proclaim the captive free, recovery to the blind and to release the oppressed. I believe that Gods plan for us is to have us release from the oppressed of this world.

My specialty is to work with marriage and family, with people who struggle with depression, with those who struggle with significant anxiety and with those in dysfunctional relationship and with family. Over 10 years I have worked with clients from all sorts of background and through the work of therapy guided by professional help they have found some sort of relief.

I have been trained in different forms of therapy. However, my most favorite is Systemic therapy along with patient centered therapy and Adlerian therapy because they have the ability to impact the mind and understand the relationship struggles and mental health factors that affects people on a daily basis. These forms of therapies provide unique coping techniques needed to manage these symptoms and with the guidance of Christian values you will develop breakthrough and well needed relief.

To begin we will first meet you where you are and genuinely understand your struggles. You will enjoy working with me and please understand that I don't intend to sugar coat any problems or take sides. Together we will face deep embedded issues, generational behaviors and transference. Please be aware that I may ask some tough questions to understand your mental processes and together we will address your decision making, thought process, and your daily choices which may be harmful to you and others. However, the greater plan is to help you heal psychologically, emotionally and spiritually.
